It all begins in 2016, when a small artisan pasta factory for more than 25 years, in the territory of Floridia in the province of Syracuse still have them today.
It was fresh pasta, the real one, which was eaten immediately or frozen.
Today Pastificio Sicily is enriched by another branch with only products that are Gluten Free in the industrial area of Misterbianco in Catania, carrying on this tradition: to respect the traditional recipes and refuse to use ingredients that are not natural such as dyes and additives. For the preservation of its products use only natural element: the cold.
